For the Mathematica programme please contact the author at w.p.bergsma@lse.ac.uk
R package CMM. First install R from www.R-project.org and load the package cmm from within R.
Then type 'help(cmm)' for help.
To get started with CMM, it is recommended to look at the worked examples on this website. The R-commands MarginalMatrix, ConstraintMatrix, SpecifyCoefficient and MarginalModelFit are very very powerful, and a wide range of models can be fit with these commands. For most models, the generalized exp-log notation need not be implemented by the user, the aforementioned commands take care of it! We are working on a more extended user manual than provided by the help files in R....
